Property accommodation – 8 adults and 1 child in crib in four bedrooms £100 per week deposit is required per stay payable on confirming your booking Due, at the latest, 8 weeks prior to start of holiday 8
weeks or more
- Loss of deposit A security deposit of £200 required within final payment. You will be advised of the exact amount with the confirmation of your booking. The security deposit is completely returnable subject to breakages etc. To make your arrival trouble-free, you can go directly to property on arrival. Full details will be given prior to travel. Everything you could need for a great vacation. Air-conditioning throughout, good size pool & hot tub (heating at additional cost) in screened pool deck area, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and conventional oven, refrigerator, freezer and ice-maker. All bed linen is provided and there are plenty of bathroom and pool towels for the whole party. This villa has its own laundry facilities with washing and drying machines. There are 7 TV’s in the villa, master & Queen bedrooms have en-suite facilities and there is a security safe and monitored alarm system. Private garage in the villa plus we provide complimentary crib and highchair if booked in advance. You will not need to take anything other than your personal belongings and clothes. If you intend going to any water parks you should take your own towels for this purpose. What clothes would we require at a particular time of year Between May and October – shorts and tee shirts. A cardigan or sweater may be required during winter time. Can we make and receive telephone calls? Yes, the villa has a telephone for your convenience including a reasonable amount of long distance calls. Can we add our email account to outlook or outlook express on the computer? The computer has full access to the internet. Outlook or outlook express are not modifiable by the user without good technical knowledge. The majority of email accounts have the ability to collect via web based systems (SMTP) as well as pop3. This means that, in the majority of cases, you can log on to your domain and collect / send your email via internet explorer. Of course if you have a hotmail account you can access your email as usual. A suggestion would be to arrange for your normal email account to be auto forwarded to a hotmail account for the duration of your holiday. You can obtain a hotmail account at www.hotmail.com if you haven't already got one. What other local facilities are there? On the Highlands Reserve site there is a champion-rated golf course, tennis courts, child play area and communal swimming pool. Within 5 minutes there are restaurants, banks, pharmacies, shops and a Pubix supermarket only 1 mile away By car, a realistic 15 minutes at best and 30 minutes the long way. Far enough away to be pleasant but close enough for easy travel. 35 minutes from Orlando international, 50 minutes from Sanford Can you help with car hire, flights and attraction tickets? We cannot offer this service at present What about cleaning the villas? All taken care of before you arrive and after you leave. You will probably want to do a bit of tidying and cleaning while you are there for your own comfort. We are sorry but we do not allow smoking in the villa, but it is allowed on the patio area. |
